Eurol Hykrol HLP ISO-VG 68 belongs to the so-called "anti-wear oils" and is specially developed for use in various hydraulic systems. This oil minimizes pump wear, thereby ensuring an extra-long service life. Furthermore, the Eurol Hykrol oils are extremely suitable for the lubrication of vacuum pumps, textile machines, and moderately loaded gear transmissions. Eurol Hykrol HLP oils offer good protection against wear, corrosion (copper and steel), and rust formation. The balanced additive package also provides good protection against foaming and aging, and gives the oil good water-separating properties. The presence of small amounts of water hardly affects the good filtration properties.
